Perfumeshop is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during tours. Participants join tours at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety and belongings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms of Use or our services, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the following applies:

  • Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
  • Any legal action must be brought in the courts of San Francisco, California
