For tour bookings, cancellations and refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframes:
- At least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time for full refund eligibility
- Less than 24 hours before the tour may qualify for partial refund or credit
- After the tour has commenced, refunds are generally not available
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- The booking is valid and confirmed in our system

- No-show situations without prior notice are not eligible for refund
Shipping Costs
Since our services are experiential tours rather than physical products, there are no shipping costs associated with returns or cancellations. All refunds are processed electronically to your original payment method.
